Project Overview
Reconstruction of an existing historic stone mansion, and the construction of two large additions, updates this substantial house while taking advantage of the beautiful site amenities on this creekside ten acre property.
Project also included cosmetic renovations to a caretaker’s dwelling/garage building, and plans for future renovations to an existing 4,000 sqft grist mill barn structure along the creek.
